The hotel tower is clad in concrete panels to simulate large stone blocks. Unveiling a five-year masterplan, the Pechanga Band of Luiseno Indians' first project was to build a permanent 989,179-square-foot hotel-casino and conference center that includes a 13-story, 522-room hotel tower, an 88,000-square-foot casino, 40,000 square feet of convention space, seven restaurants, a 1,200-seat theater-style showroom, retail space, a bingo hall, pool and spa facilities, and a central plant.
